For physical strength, intellectual performance & weight management
The Fitness Yoga Programme comprises three techniques destined to strengthen the biological structure, improve concentration and learn to manage stress levels. Yoga can also help you lose weight and maintain a healthy weight throughout your life.

Fun and flexible
We offer a fun, vibrant sequence of postures for kids (4-16), encouraging them to grow in a positive, creative environment where yoga is woven into their lives at an early age, gaining tools to handle stress and to develop concentration. We combine energetic Hatha yoga movements, postures, games, breathing exercises and mindfulness into an integrated and holistic program of physical fitness, social and self-awareness. Their yoga improves very quickly. We also run Family Yoga sessions where children learn to share and play with parents as a team in a safe and structured environment through games and challenging body postures.
For children and young people with developmental challenges
Our sessions offer an integrated system of chanting & sounds, gentle yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. The intention is to assist each child to feel comfortable and peaceful within themselves and enable them to reach their full potential. Yoga is a very comprehensive type of therapy for young yogis with different learning and physical difficulties such as Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Anxiety Disorder, Learning Difficulties, motor planning issues, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and general developmental delays. Yoga helps teach listening skills and imitation/mirroring. Deep breathing helps children relax and relieves stress. Children with physical mobility issues can do Yoga too.

Smooth pregnancy and a natural childbirth are just some of the benefits of yoga, and more importantly, yoga does wonders on the physical and mental development of the baby.
Yoga Exercises and postures: a gently work on the reproductive organs and pelvis to ensure a smooth pregnancy and a relatively easy childbirth. At the subtle level, these ensure optimum supply of blood and nutrients to the developing foetus.

There is certainly evidence that yoga can help fight all manner of challenges that ageing bodies (not to mention minds) face: loss of bone density, stiffness, hardening of the arteries, hormonal fluctuations, mild depression. There are three key components to a good workout for seniors: low impact cardio, resistance training, and stretching. Yoga has the potential to cover them and our yoga sessions are focused on proper breathing and body alignment—perfect for seniors with physical limitations; it is a style of yoga that is focused on honouring and accepting the whole individual—aches, pains, and weaknesses included.
